A.N.M Abdul Halim, member of RDF General Council. Mr. Halim is also Co-founder of RDF & sacrifice a lot for establishment of this organization. He obtained M.A degree in Islamic Studies from Dhaka University. He is an educationist by profession. Presently, he is the Vice-Principal of Sayed Fazlul Haque Degree College in Patharghata Upazila under Barguna District.

Mr. Halim was born in Rayhanpur Union of Patharghata Upazila under Barguna District in 1970.
