Md. Abdul Monnan is a member of RDF General Council as well as EC member of RDF Executive Committee. He was born in 1951 in Rayhanpur Union of Patharghata Upazila under Barguna District. From the childhood of Mr. A. Mannan, he has been created acceptability in the society which has already been continued.

Mr. Mannan contributed a lot for the wellbeing of the organization & he was physically involved in various activities of RDF from its inception.

RDF respects Mr. A. Mannan as a permanent member of it.
