Forkan, treasurer of RDF General Council. He is a very known & well behaved person in the society. He was born in 1980 in the Rayhanpur Union of Patharghata Upazila under Barguna District. He passed SSC examination in 1995, HSC in 1997, BSS (Hon’s) in 2000 & MSS (Social Works) in 2002.

Presently, He is the Assistant teacher of Lemua Adarsha High School at Patharghata of Barguna District. Mr. Forkan has the strong acceptability in his surrounding areas as well as the community.
