Md. Masiur Rahman was born in Rajpara Upazila under Rajshahi District in 1963. He obtained his Masters in Economics from Rajshahi University. He is a veteran micro-finance expert and has been associated with NGO sector about 28 years. He has been serving in RDF about 8 years. Presently, he plays the role as Assistant Director and Head of Microcredit.
