Md. Moniruzzaman was born Mirpur Upazila of Kushtia District. He was born on 10th November 1966. He obtained Masters from National University and Later got MBA degree in Finance and Banking from reputed University, Started his carrier in Banking sector. He served in a number of private banks about twenty years. He has been serving in RDF about 11 years and presently, He plays the role as Director-Chief Operating Officer(COO)
